The second International Sparkling Wine Symposium

The ISWS began as a one day event in 2009; with the second event in 2011 extended to two days. The official proceedings are available HERE.

Planning for ISWS 2013 is now underway. We are sticking with a two day format, but will include more break-out times for networking, concurrent workshops and tastings.

The focus will be on the latest news and innovations on the technical side of production and also the marketing and commercial side of the business, such as emerging international markets.
